At Resmed, our commitment to fostering belonging for all people is woven into the fabric of our day-to-day activities. Everything we do is voluntary and influenced by our desire for all team members to feel heard, valued and accepted – to feel included.
Engage at Resmed
Resmed places a high value on community and on initiatives that create opportunities around cultural awareness and social learnings for our employees. This is largely done through our employee-driven Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), supported by individuals with diverse backgrounds, experiences, abilities or characteristics who share a common interest in contributing to our corporate culture. Every ERG provides resources, messaging and initiatives that offer learning and engagement opportunities for the organization worldwide. ERGs are entirely voluntary and open to all people regardless of protected categories.
Resmed also has a global council made up of people who volunteer to engage from across the globe and different business functions.
Our Communities:
Resmed has 19 groups around our global offices which contribute to creating a sense of belonging, learnings, and community. Groups are open to all employees – explicitly and functionally – and anyone can opt to join their respective mailing lists. All groups have two Executive Sponsors to help promote their events and campaigns.
