Engage at Resmed
Resmed places a high value on community and on initiatives that create opportunities around cultural awareness and social learnings for our employees. This is largely done through our employee-driven Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), supported by individuals with diverse backgrounds, experiences, abilities or characteristics who share a common interest in contributing to our corporate culture. Every ERG provides resources, messaging and initiatives that offer learning and engagement opportunities for the organization worldwide. ERGs are entirely voluntary and open to all people regardless of protected categories.
Resmed also has a global council made up of people who volunteer to engage from across the globe and different business functions.
What kind of projects do we work on?
- Internal community building through guest speakers, workshops, webinars and discussions
- Community outreach and volunteering with local and global partners
- Accessibility, Disability and Inclusive Design awareness with our Product teams
- Global mentorship program that engages all our employees worldwide with one another with the goal to develop, and learn about other parts of the business
- Support STEM initiatives for students and offer mentorship and resources to students
- Student outreach to showcase careers in medtech and digital health
