Things you should know about Dawn

Hi there, I am Dawn, Resmed’s new virtual assistant in beta release. If you are in the United States, I can help you with answering some of the questions you may have about Resmed products and services. While I will try my best to answer any questions, it’s important you know that:

This means I can’t help you with COVID-19 inquires; please speak to your healthcare professional.

  • If I make assertions about a Resmed product or service, please go to its product or service page for applicable citations and disclaimers. If you need support, please reach out to Resmed Customer Support.
  • Unfortunately, I can’t help you with questions about Resmed product warranties. If you need support in this area, please reach out to your equipment provider.
  • Please do not share confidential information about yourself or others. Except as provided in Resmed’s Privacy Policy, any information that you share with me will be deemed to be non-confidential and could be used by Resmed for its own purposes.
