Terms of Use

  1. Please read these terms and conditions (“Resmed Video Resource Library Terms of Use”) and Resmed Terms of use available at www.Resmed.com carefully because they set forth the important terms you will need to know about this Resmed Video Resource Library. In these Resmed Video Resource Library Terms of Use, the terms “you” and “yours” refer to the party accessing the Resmed Video Resource Library.
  2. The terms “we,” “our,” “us” and “Resmed” collectively refer to Resmed Corp., a Minnesota corporation headquartered in California, its parent Resmed Inc., a Delaware corporation, headquartered in California, and Resmed Corp.’s affiliates, organized under the laws of various states and countries and operating in California, the United States or in other jurisdictions.
  3. Use of the Resmed Video Resource Library is governed by these Resmed Video Resource Library Terms of Use and the general Resmed Terms of Use available at www.resmed.com. By accessing Resmed Video Resource Library, you agree to abide by these Resmed Video Resource Library Terms of Use and the Resmed Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of these Resmed Video Resource Library Terms of Use or Resmed Terms of Use, do not access the Resmed Video Resource Library.
  4. Resmed is pleased to provide its consent (by way of a limited non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, personal license) to use, reproduce, or communicate (“License”) the works available in the Resmed Video Resource Library in which copyright subsists (“Works”), subject to your agreement to the following terms and conditions.
  5. The License grant herein is only valid for the purpose of promoting, educating, marketing, selling, offering for sale, or providing information regarding, genuine products purchased directly from Resmed in the United States or from an authorized distributor of Resmed products in the United States.
  6. The License does not grant You the right to sublicense others the right to use the Works. Resmed may terminate the License at its sole discretion. At Resmed’s request, upon termination, or upon Resmed removing Works from the Resmed Video Resource Library, you must immediately discontinue use, reproduction, or communication of such Works and destroy all copies.
  7. Under this limited grant, You may only use the Works:
    1. in a context that is consistent with the Resmed brand;
    2. on your website;
    3. in print material;
    4. on social media;
  8. You must not modify the Works
  9. You may not use Works:
    1. in any way that reflects negatively on, or could bring Resmed into disrepute;
    2. in any way that may reasonably be portrayed as: offensive; defamatory; deceptive; obscene; illegal; unethical; or, inconsistent with the Resmed brand.
    3. to imitate Resmed’s website design, marketing materials, packaging, trademarks or logos, without Resmed prior express written permission; or,
    4. on television.
  10. Resmed may amend these Resmed Video Resource Library Terms of Use at any time without further notice to you.
  11. You must always display Resmed logo and Resmed word mark at a reasonably proportionate size and within close proximity to Works.
